Electronic thermostats are far more accurate and reliable than conventional wafer-type thermostats. Electronic thermostats will ensure better hatch rates and more efficient power consumption. Electronic thermostats are seen to be the ultimate temperature controllers when incubating eggs. They are the most accurate temperature controllers available on the market and a change of 1/10 degree F activates this thermostat.
Our electronic thermostats have a fast on/off cycle which provides a uniform gentle warming of the eggs. The electronic thermostats also hold a uniform temperature which is unaffected by barometric pressure changes. Traditional wafer-type thermostats get adversely affected by changing barometric pressure changes, leading to inaccurate incubation temperature control. There are no moving parts that can break in electronic thermostats. They therefore have a much longer life than out-dated wafer thermostats. Finally, electronic thermostats are extremely reliable and very user friendly.
