How to place an order:
Step 1:
Choose the incubator that you would like to buy and click on the "Buy Now" button next to it. (If you’re not sure which one you want simply e-mail us at sales@surehatch.com and one of our friendly assistants will help you choose) or Call our Toll Free number 1-888-350-2221
Step 2 :
If you are located in the United States, simply click on the “Buy Now” button of the relevant egg incubator that you want to buy.
Alternatively, Send us an e-mail with the following details:
- Your First and Last Name
- Model of the incubator you would like to buy
- Country and City
- Contact number
- E-mail address
- Any Comments or questions
Step 3:
We will send you an e-mail with the delivery time, delivery charges, Order Form, Banking Details and answers to any additional questions that you might have.
Step 4:
Make payment via Credit Card, Bank payment or Electronic Transfer.
Step 5:
We will e-mail you your tracking number. Any questions regarding your order can be e-mailed to info@surehatch.com Delivery times on our egg incubators depend on your order and delivery location.

SHIPPING and DELIVERY:
Delivery usually takes between 4 to 7 working days.
RETURNS
We have a 30 day return policy.
We accept requests for refunds up to 30 days from product arrival. We will happily assist in exchanging or repairing the incubator if you are unhappy with its operation. We pay re-shipping charges if the item is damaged in transit or defective. If you return the item for any other reason apart from it being damaged in transit or defective, the buyer will bear the costs.
